Job DescriptionRole Summary:

Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenanceSupport plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective use ofcompany and contractor resourcesEnsure maintenance activities are completed on time and onbudgetManage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables andspare parts

Responsibilities:

Manage Chemical, Expendable, and Spare Part inventories, purchasing and receivingWork with Operations to coordinate receiving of chemicalsObtain quotes and acquire materials, equipment, and servicesManage Maintenance Employees and ContractorsPlan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) ActivitiesWork with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and trackbudgets

QualificationsQualifications:

Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school)Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in ChemicalManufacturingAt least one-year supervisory experienceWorking knowledge of

CMMS and Inventory Management SoftwareDesired Characteristics:
