Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Crew Lead, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, leading, and mentoring the activities of the maintenance team. Your role will involve enforcing safety and other applicable rules and regulations, as well as planning, establishing, and assigning work schedules, assignments, and work orders to ensure department goals are met. You will maintain a safe and productive work environment by following all applicable regulations and train and develop the team for success in company goals and future opportunities. Creating a positive and highly effective working environment is crucial, and you will confer with the Request Foods Maintenance Manager and other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Additionally, you will maintain related records, logs, and paperwork, ensuring all team members are utilizing time effectively. Inspecting materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions, observing work, and monitoring the completion of tasks and work orders will be part of your responsibilities. You will also confer with management, peers, and others to resolve team member complaints, coordinate work orders, production, vendors, and contractors, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

High school diploma required. 5 years of supervisory experience in a skilled trade's field required. Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of maintenance procedures, production processes, building and facility maintenance, etc. Will have maintained an excellent attendance record. Familiarity with SAP software (preferred)
