MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Join our team! Growing Property Management Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisor Technicians to provide exceptional customer experiences to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor adds value to the community by ensuring identification and completion of daily general apartment maintenance duties, developing and upholding company standards, and ensuring all tasks are performed in the utmost professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including technicians, groundskeepers, and other staff members as deemed necessary. Work hands on with staff in all areas of the maintenance responsibilities. Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and amenities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

BOILER EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Collaborate with property manager to address resident concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Highly organized, detail oriented, self-directed, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, minor carpentry, HVAC, and all other aspects of professional building Maintenance. Must be available for after hour rotational on call emergency Maintenance service. Must be able to organize, guide, and teach a team of Maintenance professionals in achieving day to day goals to assure the success of the community. Must be creative and quick thinking
