Ishpeming, MI Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Mine Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide leadership, direction, and coordination within the mine maintenance department by performing maintenance supervisory activities to achieve departmental goals and overall business objectives.Summary of Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and direction within the mine maintenance department to ensure all departmental work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet or exceed all company site, federal, state and local standards. Direct, coordinate and motivate personnel to execute established plans and achieve performance targets for the department. Promote and encourage teamwork. Ensure clear communication to personnel of expectations and work assignments to achieve high performance standards. Follow the site Maintenance Process Standards. Maintain standard jobs, work orders, APLs, component tracing, cost information and inventory requirements. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required. 3+ years of related heavy equipment maintenance experience. Success working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work rotating shifts. Applicants for this position mustLocation:
