Drive preventive and predictive maintenance
Support conveyors and automated material handling systems
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and performance
Champion safety and continuous improvement
What You Bring
Maintenance leadership in warehouse or distribution operations
Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on leadership skills
Automated distribution center knowledge is a plus If you'd rather prevent the next breakdown than react to it, this is a team where that mindset matters.
