procedures and practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Institute and manage a preventive maintenance plan that will decrease the incidence of machines breakdowns. 2. Schedule weekly, monthly, semi-annual preventive maintenance for production equipment. 3. Obtain the necessary materials and equipment required for regular and preventative maintenance of the production equipment and facility. 4. Oversee, direct, and assist Maintenance Technicians in completing regular and preventive maintenance. 5. Institute a preventive maintenance program for the maintaining and upkeep of molds. 6. Gather Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data, evaluate and recommend improvements. 7. Active involvement with Continuous Improvement Programs and 5S. 8. Responsible for training and development of employees. 9. Additional duties assigned by management. 10. Facilities Maintenance. 11. Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy. 12. Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity. 13. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
