Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd

$80-$90KUnion We are supporting a client in the automotive manufacturing industry that is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 3rd shift opportunity in Marysville, MI. This position is responsible for leading maintenance operations, supporting production uptime, and overseeing maintenance personnel in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Automotive/CNC Required. Responsibilities Supervise and assign work to maintenance employees and contractors Support equipment uptime, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and plant procedures Inspect maintenance work for quality and completion Coordinate spare parts ordering and support equipment installations and buyoffs Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance KPIs Handle employee relations, training, discipline, and grievance resolution Conduct troubleshooting and support repairs on CNC machinery, robotic systems, and automation equipment Maintain maintenance records, labor tracking, and related system updates Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of maintenance leadership or technical experience in manufacturing Experience supporting machining, grinding, heat treating, or automated assembly equipment Knowledge of Fanuc robotics, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in a production environment Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting production demands Understanding of safety standards, MIOSHA requirements, and preventative maintenance practices Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Schedule 3rd Shift Typical hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs INDQT
