Job Description
Repair minor plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, fixtures) Patch drywall, paint, trim, and maintain finishes Replace lighting, switches, outlets, and small electrical components Maintain swimming pool and hot tub water and pool chemicals levels. Performing preventive maintenance like changing filters, PTAC cleaning, caulking, and fixture checks, carpet shampooing etc. Assist housekeeping with maintenance‑related room readiness Assist Front Desk Manager with Banquet set up.
