Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and building interior components to ensure optimal functionality. Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment. Conduct welding, painting and general facilities repairs with precision and safety. Maintain plumbing systems through repair, replacement, and preventative upkeep of pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools. Lead or assist with maintenance operations related to facilities equipment including electrical equipment repair, and other mechanical systems. Follow safety protocols diligently while performing tasks such as maintenance painting or working with electrical or plumbing systems. Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs or digital records for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of repair requests. Experience 5+ years proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing,and/or mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with technical manuals, and troubleshooting tools. Hands-on experience with welding, plumbing system maintenance & repair is highly desirable. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) procedures along with experience working with electrical equipment repair is preferred. Strong communication skills in English to understand instructions clearly and document work accurately. Demonstrated leadership qualities or previous supervisory experience in a maintenance setting is advantageous but not required. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
