- Facilitate customer retention and sales growth within existing accounts.
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate Route Representatives and Route Supervisors.
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues.
- Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Participate in collection efforts as needed.
- Keep fleet and transportation costs within budget.
- Monitor GPS records to decrease mileage and improve efficiency of the routes.
- Maintain compliance with all MDOT requirements. Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- General knowledge of MDOT and Fleet Insurance requirements
- Experience with customer service.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Industry experience is preferred.

$73,000.00- $90,000.
