What you'll be doing… Investigate, plan, manage, and implement projects as directed by the Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, and the site team. Perform safe operating tours and solve building operational issues, including the supervision of sub-contractors. Provide on-site coverage during weekend production or maintenance projects as required. Communicate regularly with building occupants about the status of projects and ensure timely completion. Manage corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance of building equipment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety programs, and company audit standards. Establish relationships with key contacts at each facility to keep them apprised of work order status and activities. Ensure that supply inventory levels are maintained to support building operations. The right person has… A minimum of 3 - 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Mechanical equipment, Electrical equipment, and HVAC Systems. Strong interpersonal and management skills.
