We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor opportunity focused on supporting safe, efficient building operations and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities. This position offers the chance to guide support personnel, help manage projects, and contribute to a well-run environment with strong operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee support personnel and provide supervisory coverage across departments as needed. Support building operations by managing corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance activities. Coordinate projects, sub-contractors, help desk work orders, and weekend coverage when required. Maintain communication with building occupants and internal stakeholders regarding project status, operational issues, and completion timing.
Required:
3 to 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and HVAC systems. Strong interpersonal and management skills, along with computer skills and Microsoft Office experience. Experience working in a unionized environment.
