Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our systems across our manufacturing site. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex maintenance projects, oversee routine repairs, and uphold safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform and oversee all Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance activities across production and facility systems Inspect plant machinery, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure; document findings and coordinate scheduled repairs with VP of Operations Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC diagrams and schematics Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs; inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functionality Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions; apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrence Perform welding, cutting, and brazing; fabricate replacement parts as needed Coordinate equipment moves, new installations, and general building maintenance tasks Mentor team members in diagnosing complex malfunctions; promote a continuous learning culture Develop and deliver on-the-job training; track competency progression using skills matrices Requisition, track, and manage parts inventory; maintain accurate CMMS records Ensure all team members wear required PPE and conduct work safely at all times Own and process system non-conformances, internal audit findings, and corrective actions within required timeframes Support 5S, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives Participate in capital project planning and equipment commissioning as required Experience Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years formal technical training OR 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance experience Demonstrated Level 1 & Level 2 maintenance proficiency CMMS experience (Fiix, eMaint, SAP PM) strongly preferred Familiarity with
ISO/IATF
quality systems and corrective action processes OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
