Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical and landscaping enviroment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace by overseeing maintenance activities, managing repair procedures, and implementing proactive strategies. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including mechanical and property maintenance upkeep. Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Oversee adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards and ensure all team members follow proper maintenance repair procedures. Develop and manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation. Collaborate with management to develop budgets for facilities maintenance projects and equipment upgrades. Ensure all team members are trained on safety protocols related to high voltage/low voltage electrical work and industrial maintenance procedures. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Supervising experience leading facilities or maintenance teams. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems repair techniques and electrical systems troubleshooting including high voltage and low voltage wiring. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters, and CMMS software. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations specific to industrial environments is essential. Demonstrated project management skills for coordinating large-scale repairs or upgrades effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear team leadership and documentation purposes. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
