Job Description
Assisted Living & Memory Care seeking a part time Maintenance Director. This position requires experience in maintenance task including but not limited to:
- Repairs and maintenance of community needs
- Furniture assembly
- Moving furniture
- Cable hook up and trouble shooting
- Phone hook up and trouble shooting
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Maintenance documentation in compliance with state licensing such as fire drills, generators, emergency exits.
