Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and maintaining safety documentation. Manage facilities projects from planning through execution, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Skills Proven management experience overseeing facilities maintenance teams in a healthcare setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems—including high voltage. Capable of using Microsoft Office applications for reporting, planning, and communication purposes. Experience with platforms for work order management and maintenance tracking.
