This role oversees daily building, grounds, and systems maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and unit turns, ensuring safe, well-maintained homes for residents. The Supervisor assigns and inspects work, manages vendors, coordinates preventative maintenance, and responds to emergencies.
