Job Description
Responsibilities Lead a lawn maintenance crew throughout the daily route Perform commercial and residential mowing Operate stand-on and zero-turn mowers Complete string trimming, edging, and blowing Ensure properties are completed neatly and according to company standards Train and supervise crew members Keep the crew on schedule and maintain an efficient pace Safely load, unload, and transport equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Report property issues, equipment problems, or customer concerns Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures Assist with cleanups, landscaping, or other property maintenance work when needed Qualifications At least one to two years of professional lawn maintenance experience Previous crew leadership experience is preferred Experience operating commercial mowing equipment Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Ability to safely drive a truck and pull a trailer Dependable transportation to and from work Ability to work independently and lead others Strong attention to detail Good communication and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
