We are looking for a dynamic Sample Coordinator to oversee the sample program by monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies. This role supports the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams in fulfilling sample orders. Responsibilities include preparing samples to meet quality standards, coordinating marketing mailings, and promotional item requests. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by entering sample orders into the CRM/ERP system Monitor reports of open sales orders that contain sample requests Fulfill open order requests daily for all outbound sample and promotional items Coordinate with Shipping Manager to fulfill sample order shipments
Sample Management:
Monitor inventory levels of sample profile stock Monitor inventory levels of sample anodized, and powder coated color chips Monitor inventory levels of assembled sample kit stocks Monitor inventory levels of promotional products/giveaways Ensure sample products kept in the sample room are organized Monitor inventory levels of samples and sample supplies to ensure stock Coordinate with Warehouse to request profile inventory replenishment Implement quality control measures for all sample program items Order basic supplies for sample packaging requirements
Sample Preparations:
Clean, inspect, label, and package color samples from various vendors Clean, inspect, and label extrusion samples for inventory bins, kits, packages Periodically assemble large quantities of profile kits for inventory Manage creation of labels for all samples Label and package custom cut samples for order fulfillment Ensure all outbound products meet Eagle quality standards Ensure timely shipping/mailing of samples Marketing Support Coordinate with the Marketing Department on mailings or collateral requests Process monthly bulk mailings of catalogs and brochures Process weekly mailings of single catalogs and brochure requests Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail Comfortable using computers and technology Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment Flexibility and willingness to perform other various duties as required Ability to lift 30+ lb and stand for several hours
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
