What We're Looking For:
Due to Hamilton INH's recent growth, we are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Supervisor that will take pride in making our apartment community a great place to live!
Job Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to) When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technician team, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards. Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry Grounds upkeep and snow removal Interior painting Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable Responding to work orders in a timely manner Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests Cleaning/Maintaining common areas Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent A valid Driver's License Time Management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Dry walling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Preferred but not required: Experience in multi-family housing Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred Boilers License or a willingness to get one HVAC certification strongly preferred CPO Certified or willingness to get certified Chiller knowledge
Working Conditions:
This position will cover our properties in Mankato, MN area.
