A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Position:
(Purpose of the Position): Lion's Pause Student Facilities Organizer is responsible for maintaining the physical facilities and appearance of the Lion's Pause. In doing so, the Lion's Pause Student Facilities Organizer is responsible for recruiting and soliciting feedback from students.
Transferable Skills:
Organizational Management Strategic Planning Internal and External Communication Time Management Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the appearance and equipment of the Jungle and Den on a daily basis (1 walk through a day). Maintain student entertainment items, including pool cues, game consoles, and other systems. Actively broadcast and organize games and gaming in the Pool Room and Pause spaces. Seek out student feedback for the Lion's Pause and organize projects to implement feedback. Collaborate with the Purchaser on necessary purchases to maintain entertainment items. Collaborate with Marketing and Design Organizer to create and distribute Pause signage. Host three office hours a week dedicated to Pause maintenance and event planning/management
