• Oaks at Bentonshire Apartments is looking for our newest Maintenance Professional! Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Oaks at Bentonshire Apartments, a 208
• unit property located on East Hwy 23 in St.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM On-call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks

What You'll Do:

This is a working supervisor role —you'll lead by example while staying hands-on:

• Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
• Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs
• Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running : 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily) preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry Welding experience is a plus

HVAC & EPA

certification

REQUIRED
