Essential Functions:
Delegate tasks to appropriate technicians and ensures they're completed in a timely manner. Monitor to ensure all work orders are prioritized correctly and completed as assigned and in a reasonable time frame. Conduct and complete training for all new technicians. Escalate and/or addresses equipment or technician concerns under the guidance of supervisor/director. Perform routine preventative and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, and complete related work orders and data entry tasks daily. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on production equipment. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor/director. Attends all required company trainings. Perform all duties with required safety equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the use on required PPE.
