Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a multifamily housing community. You will oversee a small team, prioritize work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure building systems, apartment turns, and grounds are safe, functional, and attractive. Responsibilities include hands-on repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues, managing vendors, maintaining inventory, and enforcing safety standards. You will collaborate closely with property management to support a resident-focused, high-quality living environment.
