Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor Position A Maintenance Supervisor directs and leads maintenance personnel responsible for repairing, maintaining, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems. This role ensures operational reliability, safety, and compliance while managing daily maintenance activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability and experience to lead, direct, evaluate and train a staff of 13 maintenance technicians; measure, monitor and reduce machine downtime; diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and electronic (PLC) problems and direct/assist with repairs; develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program for equipment and plant
Key Responsabilities:
Coordinate repairs and upkeep — Oversee repairs of physical structures, building systems, and property amenities. Conduct inspections — Perform routine inspections to identify safety issues and maintenance needs. Manage preventive maintenance — Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure infrastructure reliability. Ensure safety compliance — Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards across facilities. Manage work orders and
PMs Education:
Associates degree or college program certificate; or 5+ years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience:
