Full Job Description City of Hermann Job Opening

STREET FOREMAN

The Street Foreman supervises, organizes, and directs crews responsible for maintaining and constructing the City's street system, including stormwater drainage. Prepares reports, schedules, and cost estimates. Assists the Public Works Director with planning infrastructure improvements. Oversees other City operations such as the compost site, recycling center, and snowplowing. Progressive professional experience required, including operation of related equipment. Relatable training is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Missouri Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL), or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment (City will pay to obtain). Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
