Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of an apartment community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee residential maintenance activities, The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Join us to play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable environment that supports our company's growth and excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Utilize Entrata Software to complete work orders. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and city inspections. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement through effective communication and leadership. Electrical, plumbing and appliance repair HVAC/Heating repairs Schedule make readies to be completed before inspections are due Ensure grounds are kept clean and groomed Requirements Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams. Knowledge of HVAC systems and hold a Universal EPA License The ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are necessary for team coordination and reporting. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise diverse teams while promoting safety standards.
