Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Nursing or Care Facility)DutiesSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systemsSchedule and conduct weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections of equipment, electrical, fire / sprinkler system, generators, etc.
Implement best practices in facilities management to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee Legionella program and inspections of water systemsMaintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team and facility.
ExperienceProven experience in a supervisory roleStrong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, fire / sprinkler systems and generator's, HVACProficient in organizational skillsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
Experience with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations is preferred.
