Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure by leading a team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and managing maintenance projects to optimize plant efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about industrial maintenance and facilities management to make a significant impact on operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and oversee preventative maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, systems, and industrial equipment. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and asset management . Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities that minimize impact on manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical work (including high and low voltage systems), machinery operation, and facilities management. Qualifications Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working within Manufacturing settings. Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance involving high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining high safety practices. Knowledge of project management principles to oversee maintenance projects efficiently. Proficiency in English for effective communication across diverse teams.
