We are seeking an experienced, driven leader to oversee our Construction and Maintenance Department for a growing single-family residential property management company. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving problems, leading people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service to property owners. You'll oversee everything from maintenance operations and make-readies to renovations, vendor management, budgeting, and project execution. What You'll Do Lead and manage the construction and maintenance teams. Oversee all maintenance operations, renovations, and make-ready projects. Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors. Prepare estimates and project budgets. Meet with property owners to discuss repairs, renovations, and recommendations. Obtain and evaluate vendor bids. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Conduct property inspections and quality control reviews. Develop and improve department processes and efficiencies. Hold weekly team meetings and provide coaching, accountability, and leadership. Monitor department KPIs, project profitability, and team performance. Build strong relationships with owners, vendors, and internal departments. What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, property management, or a related field. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of residential construction and maintenance practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience managing employees and subcontractors. Ability to estimate projects and control costs. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using technology and property management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $75,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
