Candidate needs to be flexible working any shift. Currently weekend work is dependent on business needs and overtime is expected Manage a small to medium-size group of Skilled Trades in manufacturing operations supply system support to make the daily required production needs. Stamping department. We have press machines that stamp out all the fenders, doors, hoods, roofs. Can you describe the types of equipment and machinery the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining? So we have three press systems with robotic loading and unloading with Fanuc robots and different material movements methods such as suction cups, vacuum generators, automation with roller bearings, cable trays etc.

• What are the biggest challenges the Maintenance Supervisor is likely to face in this role? Gotta be bold and standup to say no to follow a certain process.
• What is the expected interaction between the Maintenance Supervisor and other departments, such as production or quality control? Everybody should be interchangeable at any given day. The expectations are someone can cover production some days or cover whatever is needed.
• Are there any particular software or maintenance management systems the candidate should be proficient in? Maxmo is what they use at the Wentzville site. Chronos would be a plus
• this is a timekeeping system, any Robotic Vision Software would be a plus
