Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and making sure work is done according to company policy and in a timely manner. The Landscape Team lead must also ensure that our customers are happy with their experience; this includes greeting them, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that orders are correctly filled.
PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance. Lead will be responsible for loading the truck to make sure they have all equipment and supplies to complete the work for the day. Lead will be responsible for safely driving the truck to and from work sites throughout the day. Properly plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, fertilize and so much more. Learn to diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental turf and shrub conditions. Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs. Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment Ability to lead and delegate tasks to accomplish jobs efficiently Will also be responsible for some paperwork including timesheets
LANDSCAPE TEAM LEAD QUALIFICATIONS 3-5
years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field. The Landscape Maintenance Team Lead should possess a strong maintenance background. Working knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment and tools. Requires such responsibilities as leadership, strong communication to management, fuel/equipment/chemical usage notations and more. Valid driver's license with clear driving record is required. Basic Mechanical knowledge
