Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of maintenance within the facility.
Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, new installations, equipment repair, etc. Manage maintenance team providing support and leadership in their everyday work assignments.
Provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their personal performance and growth.
All other relevant duties to the job. 8+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Maintenance related degree, technical training or a related certificate preferred.
6+ years supervisory experience required.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.
