The Maintenance Director performs general building maintenance in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. May prepare and monitor heating, A/C ventilation equipment for operation.

Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years building maintenance experience preferred; Must have HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience. The Maintenance Director under close supervision of the Administrator, performs general building maintenance activities, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and the like as well as preparing and monitoring heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment for operation ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times and any other tasks or responsibilities assigned.
