Job Description

A growing food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a safe, efficient production environment. Food manufacturing experience is required. Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems. Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency. Plan and prioritize maintenance activities around production schedules. Manage parts inventory, vendors, contractors, and maintenance spending. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects. Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company safety requirements. Partner with production, quality, sanitation, and engineering teams. Qualifications Food manufacturing maintenance experience required. Previous maintenance leadership or management experience in a manufacturing plant. Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS programs. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Ability to lead technicians while remaining hands-on and visible on the plant floor. Knowledge of GMP, food safety, LOTO, and OSHA requirements. PLC, automation, refrigeration, boilers, or other plant utility experience is a plus. Compensation $90,000-$110,000 , depending on experience.
