Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for guests and staff. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with general repairs, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities Address guest service requests related to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and follow maintenance schedules Maintain pool, fitness equipment, and other amenities as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report major repair needs Assist with renovations, painting, and general upkeep of the property Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience in both low voltage and high voltage systems Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety regulations related to electrical work Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Previous maintenance experience (hotel or facilities preferred) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities into a future of operational excellence!
