Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our shop operations with energy and precision. You will oversee keeping the shop area clean and organized, check equipment and materials in and out, and maintain equipment, making minor repairs or sending out for repair as needed. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, familiar with basic mechanical repair, and possesses good communication skills.
