Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage service technicians, ensure top-quality vehicle repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be vital in driving department efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise the entire service department, including technicians, advisors, and support staff Coordinate vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, and auto body repairs Oversee automotive diagnostics and ensure accurate auto estimating and service writing for repair orders Drive up-selling opportunities by recommending additional services to customers while maintaining transparency and integrity Manage workflow to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of repairs Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee parts inventory management Skills Proven dealership experience with auto service management expertise Strong mechanical knowledge with mechanical experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Proficiency in auto estimating software and service writing processes Knowledge of automotive repair specialties, including transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, air brakes, alignment, suspension systems, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, brake repair Experience in upselling vehicle maintenance services ethically and effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage parts inventory efficiently Familiarity with CDK & automobile sales processes is a plus Join our team as an Automotive Service Manager where your leadership fuels our success! Pay:
Up to $150,000.00 per year
