Superintendent

Sweet Grass County is currently accepting applications for a full-time Road & Bridge Superintendent. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of road and bridge maintenance and construction. A Class A commercial driver's license is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months. This position requires four years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in operating a motor grader and other heavy equipment is essential. Additionally, computer, organizational, and public communication skills are necessary. We are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities who can thrive in a team environment.
