What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll lead maintenance operations for the entire store property, ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are working safely and efficiently. Duties include overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, and fuel equipment, maintaining overall cleanliness of the property, coordinating with outside vendors and contractors, and managing maintenance and housekeeping staff. You'll also help schedule work, monitor projects, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
