Responsibilities:
Hands on experience with maintenance repairs, revision and installations for both electrical and mechanical PM program monitoring and revamp as needed Review of maintenance processes and look for improvement opportunities Equipment and facility inspections for operational readiness Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are adhered to. Oversight of training, scheduling and other personnel procedures
Background Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager role. Proven hands on experience with mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facilities equipment Familiar with material handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, etc. High regard for safety and great communication skills Physically capable to move up to 75 pounds with/without assistance Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
