Job Description

Big Sky Harley Davidson is looking for a service manager who can run a service department through staffing, customer service, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and filing of all service records, filing warranties and ensure that the daily inventory of the technicians' time is managed. Must have experience in service department operations. Passion and knowledge for powersports industry a huge plus.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team. Schedule all service work. Work together with the Parts and Sales Departments. Ensure the team follows best practices and maintain quality of work. Monitors department issues and customer complaints. Maintain customer relationships. Numerous tasks that will come up daily.
