Apartment Maintenance SupervisorSummary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations for the property, ensuring safe, well-maintained apartments and a positive living environment. This role reports to the Property Manager and leads the maintenance team in daily operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance operations for the property Lead, train, and support maintenance staff Coordinate work orders and apartment make-readies Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance standards Work with management on scheduling, planning, and budgets Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience required Supervisory or lead maintenance experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to manage a team and prioritize workload EPA Universal Certification required Benefits Housing available Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
