Lead daily maintenance operations for a manufacturer that keeps its processing and facilities equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor role for someone who wants to supervise and develop a team of technicians while staying close to the troubleshooting on the floor. Key responsibilities & Requirements Supervise and support maintenance technicians and daily work assignments Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities Lead electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of plant equipment Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation Communicate effectively with production and management teams Engineering degree required 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical (24V-480V) and mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment Prior lead or supervisory experience (preferred) Bilingual Spanish & English (preferred) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work in a manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Flexible for reasonable overtime and occasional weekends
