Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire lawn care and property maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share, improve service delivery, and increase profitability through data-driven decision making Oversee financial management, including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives using tools like Excel for data analysis Manage a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and support staff by providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities to foster team growth and leadership Drive process improvements using lean management principles to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and responsiveness Coordinate project management activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and quality assurance Experience Proven managerial experience in lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance industries with a focus on operational leadership Demonstrated success in managing profit & loss statements, financial planning, and business management at an executive level Extensive experience in team management, including supervising teams, developing talent, and leading organizational change Strong background in project management, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning within a service-oriented environment Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Familiarity with Excel data analysis for reporting performance metrics and making informed business decisions Prior experience in sales growth strategies and operational management to enhance overall business performance Join us as we lead the way in delivering outstanding lawn care and property maintenance services!
