is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations Services team located at our Fort Bragg Facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This position is onsite.
JOB PURPOSE
The Maintenance Supervisor will serve as the on-site supervisor of operations and corrective maintenance of equipment installed under the various Energy Savings Procurements Contracts (ESPC) with full authority to act for, and on behalf of ESG, in the performance of the contracts. This individual will meet with government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer to discuss facility operations and maintenance activities. This role will also be responsible for observing all work in progress to ensure work is performed in accordance with the
ESPC. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure all equipment installed under the ESPC program is available and operating to meet customer needs, which includes daily inspections of equipment, adjustments of operating parameters, and performing routine tests, and preventative maintenance
Responsible for performing or managing all corrective maintenance which includes all repairs to equipment installed under the ESPC to ensure reliability and operability
Responsible for all planned maintenance under ESG contract at Ft. Bragg, which includes routine scheduled inspections and maintenance of equipment based on manufacturer's guidelines and operational experience
Manage personnel working under Ft. Bragg ESPC
Ensure all technicians are properly trained and have all necessary tools and material to complete their duties.
Serve in a leadership role as a mentor and role model as a subject matter expert
Provide field direction to direct reports and assist in troubleshooting complex issues
Provide after-hours support to Customer for all issues
Receive ESPC-related service orders from Process Coordinator and assign work to proper team members
Report work activities to Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager for documentation and further reporting
Assist Facilities Manager in development of the quality assurance program for repair response and planned maintenance under the ESPC's
Develop maintenance plans for all equipment to include activities to be performed, safety/hazard reviews, frequency, tools/material required, and special skills needed
Use maintenance reporting system for planning, scheduling, and reporting
Maintain an accurate list of all equipment to be maintained under the contract
Develop major maintenance plans to ensure long term reliability and maintainability of ESPC equipment, which include repair projects that will require detailed planning, specialized tools / skills, and/or contracted
Implement plan using contractors and in-house technicians as appropriate to the work being performed
Directly ensure safety permits are being obtained, and activity hazard analyses are being conducted by in-house technicians and contractors
Verify the availability and condition of all personal protective equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS and
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years related experience on commercial and residential equipment and ESPC's or comparable industry training and licenses
OSHA 10
Training Preferred:
Associate's degree or technical degree
Seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience on commercial and residential equipment and ESPC's
