, you will plan use of subordine workers, equipment, facilities, and merials on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis; assign tasks to be performed based on readiness and explains work requirements, methods, and procedures; plan and establish overall leave schedules; perform non-supervisory work, such as, transporting equipment, performing maintenance tasks, etc.; develop, publish, and ensure employee compliance with standing opering procedures for the activity supervised; prepare for and participe in various types of readiness evaluions, inspections, mobilizion and command support exercises; perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:

Experience or training which demonstres th the candide has the ability to organize assignments for subordines, estime merial and manpower needed for specific jobs; able to explain manuals and work procedures; and to prepare production records, work records and reports.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

(Must have 36 months experience) In addition to the journeyman level knowledge, experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines. Experience th provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function. Experience which demonstres the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes. Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situions.
