$32 - $38 per hour Job Details - Lead and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation activities for assigned crews and contractors. Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational priorities. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues involving industrial equipment, machinery, and related systems. Inspect completed work and equipment to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance are met. Requirements Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment repair, fabrication, or a related mechanical trade. Previous leadership experience supervising mechanics, technicians, maintenance personnel, or construction crews. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, tools, and maintenance best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and equipment documentation.
