Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Maintenance Director, responsible for general oversight of facility maintenance programs for the seven buildings in the following locations: Robbinsville, Greensboro (2 buildings), Madison, Franklin, Thomasville, and Wilkesboro in NC. This pivotal role involves ensuring the optimal performance of the physical plant and vital equipment; especially as it relates to life safety requirements for skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance. Responsibilities Being on call 24/7 Traveling to each facility on a rotating schedule, which may require some overnight stays Provide solutions-oriented guidance to facility maintenance directors Assist facility maintenance directors with troubleshooting issues Provide hands on assistance when needed and as determined by leadership within Hillco Support Services Perform mock life safety surveys/inspections in each facility Perform follow up visits for the mock life safety surveys Document findings during mock life safety surveys and follow visits Be able to complete computerized reports (preferably within the TELS system) Have excellent communication skills as the incumbent will be required to communicate clearly with facility maintenance directors, facility administrators, other facility staff, vendors, local, state and federal surveyors Must be willing to work on special projects as assigned by leadership within Hillco Support Services. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
