The Greens at Hickory Join Our Team The Greens at Hickory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department and ensure the smooth operation of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Job Summary As the Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and state and federal regulations, conduct routine inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment, and coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors.
